Florence went above and beyond as we were on an international vacation when we received the keys and she made sure everything was taken care of while also helping to coordinate getting our floors re-done all while we were out of the country. Since moving in, she has continued to check in and answer any follow up questions we have had. We cannot recommend Florence enough if you are looking for a great agent!

I decided to go with Florence after reading her stellar reviews, and knowing intuitively that having someone local to sell my Napa home was vital. Not only was I not dissapointed, I was blown away at the amount of work she out into my home as well as her expert advice given as she guided me through the process. I live out of state, I had two renters to vacate and the house needed so much work! Florence took care of EVERYTHING! I've never had a realtor be so involved, so dedicated and fo so much for me. It was a revelation. I didn't have to lift a finger, which came as a huge relief. On top of doing all the hard lifting, Florence developed a plan to generate excitement around my house that would allow for it to sell quickly in an otherwise stagnant market. I had been resistant to some of the things she recommend we do with my previous realtor, but Florence was able to explain the reasons for her suggestions in a way that made me see the sense in them and get on board. Her plan worked flawlessly. The investments I made in a) getting inspections done ahead of listing (no surprises to cause backing out) and b) fixing up and staging beautifully (making the house shine like a gem) and c) listing at a competitive price to generate a bidding war worked like a charm and we had an offer within hours at $50,000 above asking to secure the deal. I followed her advice even when part of me wanted to do less, invest less and ask for more, because I felt I could really trust her judgment. And it worked. She did all the work. I signed a few documents. I'm still in shock at how flawlessly the plan worked. It took less than 30 days from renters vacating to listing and getting the offer. I could never recommend Florence highly enough. She was just incredible. Oh!!!! AND she communicated with me everyday, explained every document, and was always available and attentive. If you want THIS experience, go with Florence.

When the time came for me to sell, I contacted her and explained that I had a resale "flipper" company interested in buying my house , and a private party, and I did not want the hassle of hiring and having repairs done on my own. She openly discussed the pros and cons with me and presented her plan for the sale of my property.
Her plan and support made so much sense that I signed with her and she handled all the hiring and monitored all the repairs and updates. I had already moved out of the area. Her expertise at marketing my property

Nichole is an amazing realtor! She was such a hustler, and she really put in the work. She took the time to get a feel for what my husband and I were looking for and pounced on a spot for us before it hit the market. Though we were initially outbid, Nichole was quick to act when that offer fell through. We ended up closing on the house in our dream location a few weeks ago. She worked tirelessly, pouring through disclosures and inspection reports (multiple, since the initial buyer did a second home inspection!) and explaining everything thoroughly to us. This was refreshing, as previous realtors had merely sent reports without any commentary or guidance. The house has a lot of quirks, so it was not an easy job! We went back and forth with multiple inspections, counter offers, etc. Nichole was super proactive during the escrow period. The following doesn't even convey it all, but she visited the house alone numerous times to check details and take pictures. She spent hours on hold with insurance companies to secure quotes (the house is somewhat rural, so insurance was complicated). She went with my husband to meet city officials for clarification on certain regulations. She took time out of her day to let us into the house about 10 times during the escrow period. She stayed on the phone with us until 9 pm multiple nights as we tried to work out inspections and our financing. She made sure to work within our tight first-time homebuyer budget. She maintained constant communication with the lender to ensure everything was in order for our closing date. She also effectively conveyed to the seller how perfectly suited we were for the property. Really, we can't say enough how wonderful Nichole is and how grateful we are to have found her! She works so hard and is clearly super passionate about what she does.
