Yesterday we got the key to our forever home and our journey started In March 2021 with selling our old home and finding a new one for us. We were very fortunate that Florence Ropelewski was referred to us by a friend as our real estate agent. We couldn’t have done it without her assistant along our journey. Her extensive knowledge helped us in making our decisions a lot easier and put us at ease. Her guidance in preparing our home for sale is critical so we did not go overboard and yet we maximize the outcome and also reduce our stress level. The house was sold in within 3 days and above asking price.

Along the process of finding our next home, she quickly learned about what our preferences are in finding our forever home and guide us to the right direction. We realized that there were quite a few challenges along this process in which she overcome them with grace and professionalism.

She went above and beyond in providing us with her services even outside the contract. She is very knowledgeable, sharp, stay on top of every detail, organized and update us in every step.
