Florence absolutely exceeded my expectations of what value a realtor could bring to my home buying process. As a first time buyer, it was important to me to be able to trust the person helping me find and purchase a home and Florence lived up to this 100%. From my first meeting with her, she truly listened to what I was looking for and offered valuable insights as to what was available in the market and where I could find a match. Once I did put an offer in, her and her team were dedicated to making it happen. Even with an an unexpected emergency trip out of the country, I never felt alone when finalizing the purchase. In selling a home, when it comes to choosing a realtor, many factors come into consideration, including knowledge of the local market, dedication to the sale, availability, and willingness to get to know the client and their goals. Florence excelled in all of these areas, but particularly in the latter two, which were the most important to us. She was personally available 24/7 for any questions that came up, to review prior conversations, and often times just for reassurance and to hold our hand. When the local market took a downturn with a marked decrease in home sales accompanied by a high inventory, she was able to switch gears effortlessly and come up with several different plans to get our house sold.
