She showed her knowledge of the area and market as she listened to the key factors that were important to us and then suggested neighborhoods she thought could meet our needs and some of our wants. In today’s “sellers market” she smoothly and persistently negotiated on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. To top it off, Florence is just a lovely person to work with!
