Florence & her associate, Joedy, made it easy. You will be hard pressed to find another realtor team in the Napa County who will make you feel as comfortable as they did. We had the pleasure of working with Florence to purchase our house in Napa (March 2021). We found her online based on previous reviews; which she met and exceeded. In our first meeting, my boyfriend and I were impressed by how prepared and organized she was by providing us with a packet of neighborhood information, current sales statistics and general loan/closing cost details. She showed her knowledge of the area and market as she listened to the key factors that were important to us and then suggested neighborhoods she thought could meet our needs and some of our wants. During the home buying process Florence was with us the entire way, always available for questions and supervised the escrow process so well that we were able to close 3 days early! In today’s “sellers market” she smoothly and persistently negotiated on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. To top it off, Florence is just a lovely person to work with! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a home in the Napa area.

Florence is a wonderful real estate agent! She was just perfect for us. She is very professional and dedicated to serve her clients while being friendly and easy going and reassuring at the same time. She listens well, has great ideas, thinks out of the box; knows all there is to know about real estate. She also has great taste and style, and represents her clients really well and knows a very good licensed contractor, and can help with staging homes too. We were anxious and stressed at the prospect of selling while having to pack with lots of boxes and finding our next out of state home. Florence reassured us not to worry and take our time. She gave us an extensive analysis of the real estate market with comparisons and estimated the value of our home at a higher price than we did. Since we did not feel ready to show our home, she discussed with us to place the house as coming soon first before putting it on the market with no open homes yet during that period. Needless to say, the real estate market has been hot and our home caught the interest of buyers, who offered initially above the asking price then decided to lower their offer, and raised their offer again above the asking price but lower than the initial offer. When we were ready to accept their lower offer still above our asking price, Florence called us and advised we were not aggressive enough given the market and our multi units home being unique, and that if we were willing to take the risk could ask for even more for this cash over. We followed her advice and our home was sold very well at great speed and with almost a 2 months 1/2 free rent back to allow us to finish packing and search for our new home. She also volunteered to help us after the sale if we wanted to sell to the buyers some of the extra appliances, which we had promised to other people, which the buyers wanted to have even though they were not in the contract, which we decided to give to the buyers instead. She also offered to help us during the rental period if there was any problem. She provides great peace of mind, and looks for the best interest in her clients whether they need to sell or buy. I highly recommend Florence!

I met Florence at an open house in my neighborhood several years before I was ready to sell. I stayed in touch with her via email and she kept me updated on property values and sales in my area. When the time came for me to sell, I contacted her and explained that I had a resale "flipper" company interested in buying my house , and a private party, and I did not want the hassle of hiring and having repairs done on my own. She openly discussed the pros and cons with me and presented her plan for the sale of my property.
Her plan and support made so much sense that I signed with her and she handled all the hiring and monitored all the repairs and updates. I had already moved out of the area. Her expertise at marketing my property

My girlfriend and I had been looking at open homes for over a year. When we met Florence at an open house her knowledge of the market was apparent and she had style to boot. Many months later after seeing many more houses and meeting many agents we asked Florence to represent us. When we found the right house Florence confirmed the market underwriting and helped us nail the winning bid. We closed remotely and Florence handled all the inspections and vendors we needed to waive contingencies. As a commercial broker I know what to expect from good brokerage and Florence delivered in spades!
