We found Florence through a family member who had worked with her to buy her house. My relative has moved a lot so she has worked with a fair number of agents. She said she had never worked with someone as good as Florence. She noticed that Florence views a property through a unique perspective. That she is able to see things that could be problematic or advantageous about the property that most home buyers, or even agents, wouldn’t notice or think about. Given this recommendation we were sure that Florence would be a good person to work with, but even so, we were constantly impressed by her professionalism. Being first time buyers in the USA, we appreciated how Florence walked us through all the steps; from negotiations, to organising inspections, to explaining the documents we had to sign. Although Florence specialises in Napa realisate, she helped us buy our home in Sonoma county and was knowledgable about the neighbourhood in which we were looking to buy. We also had very good experiences with the team of people she brought with her, title company and the inspectors. Florence also went the extra mile to connect us to designers and contractors to help with our remodel. Florence is lovely to work with. Buying a house is both very exciting and very stressful, especially for a first-time home buyer like myself. I am lucky enough to have the emotional and financial support of my parents when looking for a house, but we were also lucky to have Nichole as our realtor.
