Originally from the San Joaquin Valley, Nichole Douglas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University. She began her career as a councilor with a Sonoma County non-profit, focusing on community-based support for at-risk youth. This background shaped her ability to listen, advocate, and guide clients through complex and emotional decisions with empathy and professionalism.
Nichole Douglas moved to Napa in 2015 with her husband, Ryan, and together they are raising their two sons, Easton and Sawyer, who attend Browns Valley Elementary School. Deeply connected to the community, Nichole is actively involved in the Napa Moms network, and volunteers her time at the Browns Valley Elementary School community. Nichole Douglas works closely with clients to ensure they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their real estate journey. Her approach is rooted in honesty, trust, and dedication, with a strong focus on protecting her clients’ best interests.
