Nichole Douglas

Nichole’s roots trace back to a quaint town in the San Joaquin Valley, and her academic journey led her to Sonoma State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Her career began as an individual and family therapist with a notable non-profit agency in Sonoma County, focusing on community-based interventions for at-risk youth.

In 2015, Nichole, along with her husband Ryan, embarked on a new chapter by moving to Napa. Today, they’re proud parents to two young boys, Easton and Sawyer, both attending Browns Valley Elementary. Nichole actively contributes to the vibrant Napa Moms community and serves as the Local Coordinator for Cultural Care Au Pair, extending support to individuals and host families in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties.

As a professional, Nichole is affiliated with key organizations, including the National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.), California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), North Bay Association of Realtors (Napa Chapter), and BAREIS, our local MLS.
