Following in this legacy, Florence’s grandfather, inspired by his mother, became a real estate investor and established the renowned brokerage, ‘Agence Le Deunff,’ in Bordeaux.
Before diving into real estate, Florence spent a decade as a Marketing and Branding Executive in the Napa and Sonoma wine industry. Her journey led her to fall in love with the Bay Area, ultimately making it her home. After building a stellar reputation and a robust network in the Napa Valley, Florence returned to her real estate roots, obtaining her realtor license and founding L’AGENCE Napa Valley. As the team’s founder and leader, she brings fresh enthusiasm, a clear vision, and an award-winning skill set, coupled with an unwavering work ethic and proven marketing and negotiation expertise.
Florence stays abreast of the latest real estate statutes and regulations, prioritizing continued education and active involvement in local realtor associations to maintain a sharp understanding of the market. Married to Richard Ropelewski, a corporate pilot, they are proud parents to two young sons, Adam and Matias.
