Great Experience We did not have an agent and met Florence at an open house for our future home. Fast forward 90 days and we had completed the purchase and moved into our forever home and closed escrow on our previous house. Florence handled all real estate business for both transactions. Florence is a wonderful real estate agent! She was just perfect for us. She is very professional and dedicated to serve her clients while being friendly and easy going and reassuring at the same time. She listens well, has great ideas, thinks out of the box; knows all there is to know about real estate. She also has great taste and style, and represents her clients really well and knows a very good licensed contractor, and can help with staging homes too. We were anxious and stressed at the prospect of selling while having to pack with lots of boxes and finding our next out of state home. Florence reassured us not to worry and take our time. She gave us an extensive analysis of the real estate market with comparisons and estimated the value of our home at a higher price than we did. Since we did not feel ready to show our home, she discussed with us to place the house as coming soon first before putting it on the market with no open homes yet during that period. Needless to say, the real estate market has been hot and our home caught the interest of buyers, who offered initially above the asking price then decided to lower their offer, and raised their offer again above the asking price but lower than the initial offer. When we were ready to accept their lower offer still above our asking price, Florence called us and advised we were not aggressive enough given the market and our multi units home being unique, and that if we were willing to take the risk could ask for even more for this cash over. We followed her advice and our home was sold very well at great speed and with almost a 2 months 1/2 free rent back to allow us to finish packing and search for our new home. She also volunteered to help us after the sale if we wanted to sell to the buyers some of the extra appliances, which we had promised to other people, which the buyers wanted to have even though they were not in the contract, which we decided to give to the buyers instead. She also offered to help us during the rental period if there was any problem. She provides great peace of mind, and looks for the best interest in her clients whether they need to sell or buy. I highly recommend Florence!

I will spare you our saga of moving to Napa from Southern California during a pandemic. Suffice to say, the market is impossibly competitive, lots of virtual tours, and we made multiple offers on houses before we finally got one. And it's a dream. All thanks to Florence and her tenacity, professionalism, and expert guidance throughout the entire process. With us effectively shopping for a house online, she became our eyes and ears in Napa, steering us away from risky homes and toward homes she thought we'd like. The world as it is presently, the level of service that Florence provides to her clients is remarkable, if not essential. We actually met Florence as the agent of the first home we toured (pre-pandemic). On meeting a few other agents that day, we were almost hesitant to give them our contact info because we really liked Florence from the start. She was very patient and measured. She listens intently and remembers everything regarding your must-haves, big concerns, deal breakers, and dream scenarios. By the time we got on our flight home, she had already created a custom portal for us that perfectly matched our home hunting criteria and we were getting regular email updates about new homes and properties coming soon. She provides constant communication, and we never had the feeling that we might miss an opportunity for lack of availability. All of this was vital for us trying to navigate buying a home from 400 miles away, not to mention her expert grasp of Docusign to help move contracts along quickly. Ultimately, we got a tip from a local friend that there was an estate sale in a great neighborhood and the home might be coming on the market, so we texted Florence the address. Less than an hour later we received a Facetime call from her standing in the driveway and speaking with the sellers, who were happy to give us a virtual tour on the spot. She was in touch with the selling agent that evening, we had an offer submitted the next day, and were in contract by the weekend. A thousand compliments will never properly convey how incredible Florence is as an agent. Never too busy for you, although perpetually swamped, and remembers the tiniest details that make such an impact in the buying experience. This includes my wife mentioning that she has always lived in a house with a fig tree, which our new home did not have. Florence handed us the keys and we walked in to find a beautifully wrapped fig tree as our first house warming gift. We truly cannot recommend her highly enough.
