I just returned from BP Con 2025 in Las Vegas, where some of the nation’s top real estate economists and investors shared their outlook on the Napa Valley real estate market 2025 and how we can best prepare for what’s ahead.

The message was clear: the real estate landscape has changed — but that doesn’t mean it’s bad news. It simply means we’re entering a new era, one that rewards preparation, strategy, and perspective over speed and speculation.

Many of the conversations centered around the same question buyers here in Napa are asking me:
